Privacy Policy for OneADay

Effective date: May 10, 2026

OneADay is a daily puzzle game app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, collects, uses, and shares.

Developer: MHZ ICT. For privacy questions, please use the developer contact email shown on the OneADay Google Play store listing.

Information We Collect

OneADay does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, camera, microphone, or messages.

The app stores some information on your device so the game works properly, including:

This gameplay information is stored locally on your device. We do not operate our own server that receives or stores your puzzle progress.

Advertising

OneADay uses Google AdMob to show banner ads and full-screen ads. Google and its partners may collect or receive device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interaction data, ad performance data, and related information to provide ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

You can learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and review Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Purchases

OneADay offers a one-time purchase to remove ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. The app receives purchase status information from Google Play so it can unlock the remove-ads entitlement and restore it when available.

How We Use Information

Information is used to:

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed for the app to function:

Data Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the app, clear the app's storage, or your device removes it. Purchase records are handled by Google Play according to Google's policies and may remain available so purchases can be restored.

To delete local OneADay data, use your device settings to clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Because OneADay does not maintain user accounts or a developer-controlled gameplay database, we cannot remotely access, identify, export, or delete the local puzzle data stored on your device. Advertising and purchase records handled by Google are controlled by Google and are subject to Google's privacy and retention practices.

Security

OneADay uses Android platform storage for local app data. Network communication with Google services is handled through Google SDKs and is protected using modern transport security where supported. No method of storage or transmission is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect information used by the app.

Children's Privacy

OneADay is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

International Transfers

Google services used by the app may process information on servers in different countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after an update means the updated policy applies.
